Our therapists are Dermalogica, Decleor, Agera and St Tropez trained, so enjoy the range of facials and body treatments available. Quality Assurance
Your Choice
Don't think that you have to chat to your therapist during your treatment. If you feel like chatting then go ahead, otherwise mention that you would prefer to have your treatment in silence and enjoy yourself.
Medication
Please let us know at time of booking:
- If you suffer from any allergies or medical conditions as some treatments may not be suitable.
- If you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant as some treatments may not be advisable
Skin Test
For some treatments a skin test may be required. This will be given at least 24 hours prior to treatment. You may request a skin test for any treatment.
Tan Applications
Skin must be exfoliated and free from deodorants, creams, perfumes etc. Hair removal should be carried out at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Dark loose fitting clothing is recommended. Requires overnight development for best results.
Therapists
To be a member of the team at Mint Beauty, therapists are qualified and trained to the highest standards. Medical staff are available to carry out Mint Medical Treatments.
Complaints
Mint Beauty adheres to written policies regarding Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Disability Discrimination. We want you to be completely satisfied with your treatment and care. If you are dissatisfied with the treatment you have received at Mint Beauty please inform us.
Our Complaints Manager is Dr Julie Forde, she will deal with the complaint according to Mint Beauty complaints policy.

Appointments
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to relax and unwind. If you do arrive late for your appointment, we regret that your treatment may be reduced or you may have to re-book.
Cancellations
We request that at least 24 hours notice be given when canceling an appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may occur.
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure specific treatments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be lost if failure to show. Deposits are required at time of booking and can be paid by card over the phone.
Dress Code
If you are having a Relaxation Package or longer treatment you will be provided with a robe and slippers. You will be required to wear underwear during treatments. Disposable underwear and hair bands will be supplied for specific treatments.
Pedicures
Please remember to wear open toed shoes to avoid smudging. Flip flops may be available for sale.
Crowds
Due to the relaxing atmosphere which we have created it would be appreciated if you would avoid bringing more than one person with you for your treatment. Please avoid bringing children for long periods as they will become bored and distract you away from your treatment.
Children will not be allowed in the Relaxation Area nor in the Treatment Rooms. They must be supervised at all times.
Ground Floor Treatment Room
A ground floor Treatment Room is available. Please let us know when booking if you require this room. The toilet is accessible by the stairs.
